Graphic Design & Brand Marketing Specialist

Join our dynamic team as a Graphic Design & Brand Marketing Specialist at SILVERCAST, a leading force in the out-of-home (OOH) media industry. We are looking for a seasoned, strategic, and results-driven professional to elevate the quality, design, and visual appeal of all outward-facing materials produced by the company.

Role Overview

The position will be responsible for helping to enhance the look and quality of our sales materials and presentations, while also spearheading the company’s social presence online.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create visually compelling graphics, decks, and renderings for client sales presentations and internal use using Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and InDesign.

  • Integrate high-quality campaign photography, videography, and visual assets into marketing one-sheets, client presentations, and internal materials.

  • Assist in maintaining the look, feel, and consistency of SILVERCAST Media’s brand across all visual touchpoints.

  • Oversee and enhance SILVERCAST’s digital presence, including social media platforms, LinkedIn, and the company website, ensuring content is updated with the latest influential brands SILVERCAST partners with.

  • Manage and curate content across all company social media platforms.

  • Track the performance of our social media and use the data to amplify our digital presence.

  • Collaborate with the Sales team to create persuasive messaging and product packages that generate new business opportunities.

  • Design creative content (static, video, motion graphics) optimized for social media.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, marketing, social media, or advertising
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and presentation tools (PowerPoint).
  • Experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies, including content creation and scheduling tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ability to work in a team environment while managing multiple demands.
  • Capability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • This role is in person and based in New York City
